The Bridge Project

The Bridge Project is more than just a resource hub; it serves as a vital connection point where community support programs and compassion unite to bridge the gap between available resources and the everyday needs of vulnerable children and their loving families. From essential supports such as clothing for growing kids through various seasons to mentoring for kinship families and guidance, The Bridge Project is dedicated to helping carry the load…together.

Through The Roof Partners

Through The Roof Partnerships is a growing network of local churches, businesses, and organizations dedicated to enhancing community support programs for foster, adoptive, and kinship children & families in our area. These partners leverage their platforms, resources, and generosity to create a meaningful impact, whether through donations, sponsorships, services, or simply showing up when it matters most. By providing mentoring for kinship families and offering training for adoptive families, we are working together to foster a community where families feel seen, supported, and loved… through the roof.

Family Care Collective

Family Care Collective is a partnership of local churches, compassionate donors, and dedicated volunteers who come together to provide a night of respite for foster, kinship, and adoptive families. Through this shared effort, families benefit from community support programs that allow them to rest and recharge while their children are cared for in a safe, welcoming, and joy-filled environment. This initiative also includes mentoring for kinship families, ensuring they receive guidance and support. It’s a powerful way our community shows up, offering practical support, meaningful connection, and the reminder that no family walks this journey alone, alongside training for adoptive families to equip them for their roles.

Mentoring

You don’t have to do this alone. Caring for a child who has experienced trauma, loss, or uncertainty can feel overwhelming, but community support programs are closer than you think. Our mentors are here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

When you connect with a mentor through our mentoring for kinship families initiative, you’re gaining someone who gets it—an experienced caregiver who understands the highs, the hard days, and everything in between. They’re here to listen without judgment, help you problem-solve real-life challenges, and remind you that what you’re doing matters more than you know.

Need help navigating behaviors? Looking for resources or training for adoptive families? Just need someone to talk to who truly understands? Your mentor is just a call or text away.

You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. Let us support you, encourage you, and help lighten the load, so you can keep showing up for the children who need you most.
